I thought I did a lot of research before purchasing the Triple Cymbal Expansion Kit. I was under the impression that a cymbal crash would be indicated differently than a drum hit on the screen. I did not see anything different. There was a difference in the sound, but that was all. And the cymbals were really loud! I have rubber tips on my drum sticks but it was still really loud when I hit the cymbals, and I don't bang hard on my drums. I really, really, really wanted to like the cymbals - I mean really wanted to like them - but they were mostly distracting and disappointing. I ended up returning the cymbals.
