Be careful when scratching off redemption area on card. When I did this 3 of the numbers were distorted. When I called Nintendo customer service they said the only thing I could do was send the card to them along with a letter in hopes they would credit an account for me. Seeing the card has to be activated for use Im not sure why they could not help me over the phone. I could provide them all the information from the card and my purchase. So, I'm not sure why a letter in the mail would be required. This seems like poor customer service on Nintendo's part. Still waiting to see if they will credit the points hope I'm not just out the money. Get more detail about Nintendo 2000 Points Card (DSi or Wii).
